Instala Effess en Chrome, abre WhatsApp Web y conoce el panel.

Effess is a Chrome extension that adds a CRM, kanban pipeline, bulk sender, scheduler, and AI assistant directly into WhatsApp Web. This page walks you through installing it and finding your way around the UI.

What you need

  • Google Chrome 110+ (or any Chromium browser — Edge, Brave, Arc)
  • A WhatsApp account already logged in at web.whatsapp.com

That's it. No account on Effess, no API keys, no team setup.

Install

  1. Open the Chrome Web Store listing (link coming soon).
  2. Click Add to Chrome.
  3. Confirm the permissions — Effess only requests access to web.whatsapp.com and chrome.storage for local data.

Open WhatsApp Web

Navigate to web.whatsapp.com. If you're already logged in, you'll see the Effess dock appear as a floating panel docked to the right side of the screen.

The dock has 4 main tabs:

  • Inbox — your live WhatsApp chats with tags, notes, tasks, reminders
  • Kanban — drag-and-drop deal pipeline
  • Send — bulk sender + scheduler
  • Tools — templates, automations, webhooks, AI, settings

Try it: send a personalised message

  1. Go to Send → New campaign.
  2. Paste 2-3 phone numbers (international format).
  3. Write your message. Use {name} to personalise it.
  4. Pick Safe pace (5-15s delays, 80/hour cap).
  5. Hit Send now.

You'll see a live queue ticking through each recipient with their delivery status.
