The bulk sender is Effess's flagship feature. It turns WhatsApp Web into a mini SMS-style campaign tool — but with the personal touch (and anti-ban safety) that real WhatsApp marketing demands.

Audience

You can build the audience three ways:

Paste numbers — newline or comma separated, international format (+91…, +1…).
Import CSV/Excel — drag a .csv or .xlsx file. Map columns to name, phone, and any custom variables.
From CRM — filter by tag, pipeline stage, or custom field. The audience updates live as the filter changes.

Message

The composer supports:

Variables — {name}, {company}, or any column from your imported sheet.
Templates — pick a saved template (see templates docs).
Attachments — image, video, document, audio. Max 16 MB per file (WhatsApp limit).
Quick reply buttons — if your WA account supports it.

Pacing modes

Four presets, all customisable:

Effess also caps total daily sends (default 1000) and pauses automatically when WhatsApp shows a ban-warning banner.

During the send

The live queue shows: queued, sending, sent, delivered, failed. You can pause, resume, or cancel at any time. Closing the tab doesn't stop a queue — it's handled by the background service worker.

After

Each campaign generates a report: delivery rate, failures by reason, per-recipient timeline. Export to CSV or push to a webhook.
